Micheal Balanoff, Senior Partner

Prior to GCP, Micheal was vice president of TrainingOnline, the e-learning division of Business and Legal Reports (BLR). In this position, he oversaw the product development, sales, and client satisfaction teams. Micheal has over sixteen years experience as an environmental safety officer, trainer and industrial hygienist affiliated with the University of Wyoming, as well as independent environmental consulting firms. Micheal completed the industrial hygiene program at Harvard University's School of Public Health and executive training at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He holds a B.A. in international relations from the University of LaVerne at LaVerne, CA and studied Chinese Culture at Jinan University, in Guangzhou, China.

Gregory Younger, Senior Partner

Most recently, Greg was responsible for product development for TrainingOnline. Greg oversaw the transition to offshore production starting in 2002, retooling his in-house content development team to serve as project managers while shifting the majority of the actual production work overseas. Greg has nearly twenty years of experience producing instructional materials for both face-to-face and online delivery and has given over thirty professional presentations in the U.S. and abroad on the use of Internet technology for distance learning and cross-cultural communications. Greg holds an MA in Linguistics, and has extensive professional experience in cross-cultural and multi-lingual settings.

Robert Gascho, Senior Partner

Immediately preceding GCP, Rob was managing partner at KeyMix Solutions; a business and learning consulting organization focused on assisting companies with unique intellectual property to capitalize on their assets, responsible for the strategy, business development and operations of this company. Rob has over 20 years of broad corporate exposure. At SumTotal Systems (and its predecessor Docent Inc), he was instrumental in building international relationships with Fortune 500 clients, major outsourcing companies, and technology providers. At Computer Associates International (CA) Rob built relationships with executive-level clients at accounts such as PeopleSoft, 3Com, Sun Microsystems and Cisco Systems. Rob holds an honors BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada.
